My British friend came visit Hong Kong last week and wishing to have something local. I brought her to this famous Cha Charn Tang. The queue was long but the waiting time was not as long as I expected, we only waited for around 15 minutes max.! I ordered a grilled pork chop spaghetti with tomato sauce. the sauce is the HK style tomato sauce which made me thought of the spaghetti my grandma always make me when I was young. My friend ordered the signature meal with macaroni, fried egg and a drink.

My friend ordered the signature meal with macaroni, fried egg and a drink. The milktea is superb and my friend said the fried egg is super yummy. She could not find similar fried egg in the UK haha. She said she will miss this place and defo will recommend others to come when visiting HK.
