TGIF! It's time for a treat myself with some Japanese food!Didn't go too far this time and went to the Aeon at Tai Koo and found this place. It is a small shop located at the 2nd floor inside Aeon and serves Japanese hot food like curry and ramen. And not to forget to mention, it serves Japanese crepe too!We were a bit late this time so luckily didn't have to wait at all to get our seats. We were a bit late this time so luckily didn't have to wait at all to get our seats. It looks like ramen is the shop's recommended dish so I've ordered the Sakura shrimp ramen set which includes the ramen and a side of 4 pieces of gyoza or a small lobster & crab potato salad.
As mentioned the shop is a bit small so the seating arrangement is a bit narrow and crowded but it's pretty standard in HK.
The ramen soup base was really rich and tasty. Adding some spicy powder made it tasted even better! There were 2 pieces of pork and most importantly, the semi-boiled egg! The overall dish was really pleasant!

The gyoza tasted nice too but nothing too special about them. It was a nice complement dish to the ramen.

The Japanese style crepe was too tempting and difficult not to order so we ended ordering the banana with chocolate crepe. It was filled with cream with just enough banana and some chocolate sprinkle inside, which was an interesting combination. Yum!
