For the price you pay (nothing on the menu more than HK$100), you get good value for some pretty tasty food. Cleanliness of the restaurant is also fine, although the choice of pumping fast rock and JPOP music is strange.However, this restaurant failed on one key area -- service. I came with a party of 8, and was the only one who ordered a hotpot udon. Unfortunately, everyone's food arrived...except mine. I was forced to wait at least 15-20 minutes extra by which time everyone else had already ea
However, this restaurant failed on one key area -- service. I came with a party of 8, and was the only one who ordered a hotpot udon. Unfortunately, everyone's food arrived...except mine. I was forced to wait at least 15-20 minutes extra by which time everyone else had already eaten. Despite our incessant enquiries, the wait staff replied each time with the same line: "it's coming". When the noodle finally arrived, we received no apology, no explanation, no acknowledgement at all. I think the manager should have offered some coupons or discount on our meal just for suffering such poor service.
Therefore, despite the good value offered by this restaurant, I will never come back. That's what you get for poor service.
