I am disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The experience last night was not a happy one. This was my second visit to this restaurant.The waitress who took our order had a real bad attitude. No smile. She stood at one end of the long table while I being the host was sitting on the other. When I asked her to repeat my order, she was unhappy. And when I could not hear her properly, and asked her to come over my end, she asked why and told me me what is the problem. She should ch

I am disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The experience last night was not a happy one. This was my second visit to this restaurant.

The waitress who took our order had a real bad attitude. No smile. She stood at one end of the long table while I being the host was sitting on the other. When I asked her to repeat my order, she was unhappy. And when I could not hear her properly, and asked her to come over my end, she asked why and told me me what is the problem. She should change her job and has no aptitude and attitude problem.

And, the oversized captain in black glasses and black shirt and pants. When he passed us (we can hardly find any waiter), he used his palm to tell us to wait and proceeded to get a menu for another table further from mine. So, what does this mean? We are of lesser importance.

Our bill came to HK$2,200. I am not sure if this means that we were any less important customer. We were not given much attention. We have to waive our hands all the time to get service or raise our voices to get passing waiters to get give us water, clear our tables.

Only consolation is that the food was good.
