Menu is in English and Chinese.  It seems to offer various create your own bibimbap, noodles, tteobokki, all under $100.  They even had vegan options and choice of multi grain rice. It felt healthy for Korean food.

Peach Tea ($48). I had a peach tea and it came multi-colored. I wasn't expecting that. It did look pretty. It was ok. A bit too sweet but pretty to look at.

Ginger Pineapple Smoothie ($48). Boyfriend ordered this and it was much better. There was a slight taste of ginger but not too strong to be over powering.

Kimchi Beef Bean Curd Rolls with Cheese ($68). We chose this as an appetizer and was a bit surprised there were so many! Deep fried rolls of bean curd on a stick.

It was filled with kimchi and beef and lots and lots of stretchy cheese.

Lime and Avocado Fried Chicken with Cheese Powder ($148). The fried chicken was moist with a crunchy coating. I wasn't too into the sauce though. It was a a bit odd and tasted very citrusy. There was a lot of cheese powder. I felt a bit confused. The chicken was fine. The strange green stuff was not.

Seaweed Bibimbap ($65).  This was what I was looking forward to! A create your own bibimbap. I love bibimbap! We chose the original furikake seasoning although a vegan option is available.  We chose sakura shrimp as the topping and corn and soy-glazed mushrooms as our two sides. We added an extra side (cucumber) for $5.

They give you two plastic disposable gloves to mix and shape. Yes! I can eat and play with my food! This is my laughable balls of rice. This was great. I love furikake with rice. The toppings were great and fresh. Adding the extra topping was a bit too much. But it was my favorite dish of the night.

Vegan Tofu Soft Serve ($58). We ended with dessert and  we chose soft serve. Originally, I wanted dragon fruit but they said they had run out for the day but they had a tofu option so we chose that. A light soymilk flavor, the soft serve was creamy and there was toppings of fresh fruit.

Vegan Strawberry Milk Pudding  ($58). While looking at the menu, I saw they had vegan pudding. Curious, we ordered that. It was quite nice. The same firmness as regular gelatin.  The syrup was sweet but not too sweet.

The food was fine and not too expensive. I loved the options to create your own dishes so you're not stuck with things you don't want. Interesting they have such extensive vegan options. Something that is greatly missing in Korean food so if I have friends who are vegan/vegetarian, I can now think of a place for them to eat if we meet up. We noticed the restaurant is linked to another place called Bobsang Green. Apparently, it's the buffet section and all vegetarian. If in the area, I'll have to try that next time.
