Craving for the scrumptious galbi-jim at this sool-jip. The galbi-jim here was super rich in flavor with an amazing scent! The dish was previously served in a stew with hot beef broth (i.e. the traditional way) and the portion wasn't too big. Surprisingly, the restaurant has added a modern twist this time in which the short ribs were paired with fries and a bowl of kimchi.
