My favourite dish was the kimchi pancake ($108) which was super crunchy around the edges. Careful of the occasionally pepper that will send a wave of spiciness your way. The salmon lunchbox ($138) was cute because they actually shake it for you, the way Koreans shake the box to mix all the ingredients inside. We also got honey butter corn ribs ($88), seasoned whelk salad ($128) and beef tartare ($168) as starters. For the main we had the beef shank & flank pot ($338) with beef bone broth. I lovee
For the main we had the beef shank & flank pot ($338) with beef bone broth. I loveeeddddd the tendon stripes inside hehe oh and the noodles with broth is so nice too. We also had a selection of six side dishes (panchan) though the kimchi was a bit too sweet for me.
Maekgeolli is a must at Obp. We were told that this maekgeolli ($220) is a premium brand, and it definately feels much starchier than the normal brands I get from the supermarket. I LIKE.
Onto cocktails, the most memorable one was the gimlet ($120) using Korean sake and green apple shrub and the off menu cocktail with golden glitter, swipe to see the mesmerizing sparkly liqueur.
