The all you can drink Mumm is worth it, except there is a timer on it, if you enjoy Champagne. Three serving plates with chips and cracks should never be placed on a diner’s table, at any price. At one point the canned music from the speakers was overpowering the table talk. Staff did act to notch the volume down when requested. The starter platter of cold cuts, prosciutto, carpaccio and cheese was the best part of the three courses. Wagyu was tasteless. Other diners had the cheese bowl pasta w/black truffle and is the main to choose. The tiramisu was quite lacking when it comes comparing other dining options in Hong Kong. Overall a mediocre brunch menu in blasé decor, w/the highlight being the champagne albeit a 4.0 and on a timer.
