Chicken noodles
Very thick broth with lots of veggie and a little diced chicken. The noodles were half melted, I know it’s the shanghainese thing but I like noodles that could be separated easily instead of half combined with the soup.
Best of all, the Xiao lung bao!
Hot hot hot! The juice was so runny but be careful as it was extremely hot!
Jelly pork
It was a cold dish. Just a bit too salty and not firm enough.
The Big Xiao Lung Bao
With crab crab inside, the juice was even richer and brighter! The skin was quite thick though, but you could imagine it was to hold that lot of minced pork and juice, so it made sense too. People don’t normally eat the skin in Shanghai but it’s up to you.
The food was good overall speaking, and the place was nicely decorated, just a bit too noicy.
