I can no longer travel to Japan due to the Covid pandemic, therefore, I searched a restaurant which offers Japanese set meals. Jie Genge interiors is huge with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the ceiling is extremely high, you can sitcomfortably! We ordered a Japanese set meal for two people. There were lots of food, for example, 3 side dishes with green beans, broiled tuna with mustard mayonnaise, fried chicken and Taiwanese five-flavor sauce, hot fried squid with mentaiko sauce, and pork belly

There were lots of food, for example, 3 side dishes with green beans, broiled tuna with mustard mayonnaise, fried chicken and Taiwanese five-flavor sauce, hot fried squid with mentaiko sauce, and pork belly with green onion and lemon, Salmon minced tea-stained rice, mentaiko tea-stained rice with soft-boiled egg, green tea latte and dessert. The potion of the food was really large, crispy, juicy, and delicious. We ate all and were really happy with the food! The waiter service was good, a restaurant worth trying in Hong Kong!
