Today was 十月二號假期,心情not bad.不如就sushi la. Therefore I chose this restaurant. Before I came to the eatery, I had never look at any of the blog entries for the restaurant. My motto @ a 日本restaurant is: "u paid for what u get" . Based on my past experiences, I didn't want to try those exotic sushi, because the prices seem to be too good to be true. There were some sushi that I would definitely wanted to try. I looked at the menu. I ordered six pieces of salmon belly sushi, 2 pieces of flying fish roe
The sushi, not to my surprises, were up to the standard. Salmon belly, toro and otoro sushi were fresh. The aftertaste from the fish oil stayed very long on my tastebuds. I would be giving high scores on the aftertaste as i would say, not many sushi chains, can provide such fish quality. The $68 set meal, well, again no surprises, was ordered to fill up my tummy. That's all.
I would highly recommanded the restaurant. I paid$230 for the meal, but definitely, I was worth the price I paid.
