Phad Thai, despite how people say it's a classic in Thailand or not, must be the best in a Thai restaurant. I didn't taste or smell the 3 key ingredients that made it so good: fish sauce, tamarind sauce, and lime flagrant. 2 shrimps, no chicken, noodles... wrapped inside an egg laced dome. Looked pretty. Tasted okay.I also ordered stir-fried soft-shell crab salt and pepper, which came later. Fresh, meaty and delicious with deep fried garlic, and pepper flakes . A pint of Singha beer to wash down
