Sichuan peppercorn pasta with beef (2/10)
The beef was tender and the pasta was al dente, however, the Sichuan peppercorns are exactly the classic pasta that diners would expect. I don’t appreciate the innovation, next time I shall stay with the classic like I usually do.
The cuisine at Linguini Fini may be Italian, but the pasta we ate, was rather Chinese. Maybe is casual is not careless, but defiantly now my cup of tea.Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
