The beef patty in all our burgers was gunk like in texture and of a purple, dark colour, I think this is because the 'meat' is frozen and thawed to flash grill. It was disgusting. Despite being soft in the middle, there was no blood. I question how much meat is actually in it!
Very disappointing, even when I asked about it I was told it's medium cooked and is supposed to be gel-like in texture.
Other comments about my visit: Bad service, brought out the wrong burger which I had to identify and take back to the counter. Unfortunately at Burgeroom, the customer is wrong.
