Heard about positive reviews of Azores and was looking forward to try the traditional Portuguese dishes. Called to reserve a table at 6:30pm but due to traffic jam, I did not arrive till 7pm but my mom sat down first. When I arrived at Azores, I asked the staff about the seating. Whilst I was walking to the table, I heard the reception staff telling the staff who was guiding me the table "these guests need to return the table at 8:00pm." It made me felt uncomfortable when I heard such comment
Looking at the menu, Azores offers variety of Portuguese dishes. The first three dishes was served pretty quick, let's say 5-10minutes. It made us wonder whether the food was prepared beforehand.

Thumbs up for the garlic bread. It is so crispy on the outside whilst soft on the inside. Every bite of the bread, we heard the "crunchy" noise. Butter, garlic and herbs was heavily topped on top of the bread.

It is so delicious but a bit too salty. Bite size dumplings filled with mashed potatoes and melted cheese.

The congee texture is smooth and thin with several bits of the crab. Crab is very small but the meat is sweet. One big discount about the congee is that it was severed lukewarm. I did not refill after my first bowl.

Skin is very crispy with a thin layer of fat underneath it followed by juicy and tender pork meat.
Overall, food is acceptable but still need improvement to be called traditional Portuguese food.
