The Garage Bar is a new food truck bar destinated at the backyard of The Cordis at level L. Consists of a spacious outdoor patio, a few seatings alongside the food trucks, they serve over 40 varieties of seasonal and craft beers, some beer-based cocktails and sandwiches with traditional Asian flavors but in a creative manner. Consists of a spacious outdoor patio, a few seatings alongside the food trucks, they serve over 40 varieties of seasonal and craft beers, some beer-based cocktails and sandwiches with traditional Asian flavors but in a creative manner.

For example, we have an exciting lobster tempura roll made in a soft nori bun, with Russian dressing and crispy garlic; and a crab & cheese melt that is inspired by the baked crab shell from Ming Court, their Michelin two-star rating restaurant, filled with a generous serving of crab meat and melted cheese.

Amongst all the decadent sandwiches, the HongKongese burger is uniquely presented as a New Zealand steak burger in their homemade bamboo charcoal pineapple bun. It is scrumptiously spreaded with my all-time favourite bacon bourbon jam, not to mention the thick-cut sweet potato fries, which is so crunchy and delightful.
