Before going to Ikea for some shopping, we decided to have a quick dinner first. We chose Betsutenjin as they have several branches in Hong Kong and their quality is quite constant. Before entering the store, there is a huge automated machine for us to order and pay our food. The ordering method worked quite similar to MacDonalds. Lobster salad - Lobster salad was fresh and chewy, complimenting well with the thin and crispy seaweed.
Gyoza - It was pan fried till the skin was soft and smooth, and the meat fillings was warm and chewy. The soy sauce provided helped to enhance the taste.
Hakata style ramen - Noodles was chewy and smooth, and the pork was chewy and flavourful too. Soup was thick in texture. Egg was soft and smooth as well.
Prawn miso ramen - Mixed together with the sakura shrimps, the soup was very flavorful and creamy.
