It’s not our first time at @heros_friday, but their hero-themed burgers never fail to impress us. We got takeaway from their Sham Shui Po branch (only the Central branch offers dine-in) and went to a nearby park to appreciate the nice weather these days. Each burger comes with a side (french fries, hash brown or butter corn) and a drink (we got soda from the fridge)We’ll admit… we ordered this #forthegram. We’ll admit… we ordered this #forthegram. Standing at 11cm tall, this massive burger was loaded with bacon, cheese, egg, double 5oz 100% pure beef patty, lettuce and tomato and the homemade hero’s sauce. It was practically impossible to fit everything in one bite, but still darn delicious when deconstructed!

Going back to basics, the classic burger puts the spotlight directly on the incredibly juicy patty and the secret hero’s sauce (we’re guessing honey mustard?) that make their burgers stand out from the rest.
