I go to the place very regularly and never had issues at De Belgie. Tonight I got seated outside and tried to order for more than 10 minutes, and every time the stuff just said that I should wait a moment. Later, 2 of the waiters just stood outside chatting casually to a group of guests for at least 5 minutes and when I told them again that I really wanted to place an order they shouted at me in a very rude way that “they told me I had to wait a moment” before.After that they just went on chatti
After that they just went on chatting causally. When they were done, they did still not serve us but just went inside to chat to another group of visitors and ignored us raising our hands outside when they saw us.
When we fed up and stood up to leave the place the waiter saw us and laughed. By no means anywhere in the world this is acceptable and for that reason the place is dead to me.
