I have heard of ice cream ramen in the past but it was in Japan and finally we get to try in Hong Kong.The price is also quite reasonable. However, please note this ice-cream ramen is limited per session(lunch, dinner). I tried to go on the 9/5(public holiday) at 12 and it was already sold out. It was easier to try it at a weekday dinner where I arrived 6:30pm(the dinner session opens at 6pm) and the ramen was still available.You only have 1 option for the ice-cream ramen.I loved the fact they

I loved the fact they prepared hand sanitizers for us at the table so I don't need to get it out of my bag.
The ramen came and it looked really good. Moreover, it tasted great as well. I would suggest to take a bit of the ice cream first before letting it melt in the soup. The ice cream's flavor was peanut and it wasn't too sweet. The nutty flavor complemented the spicy soup and after the icecream gradually melts, the soup will become creamy with a slight peanut aroma to it. The tasted became a bit like Dandan noodles.
