I heard so many good things about this place and ever since my favorite korean fried chicken places in Macau closed down (SOHO Macau) I have been wandering aimlessly to find something that even comes close.Maybe I put too many expectations on this one.We got the boneless Red Padak. We got the boneless Red Padak. The crispy skin was actually nice, but there was too much skin and not enough meat. After having a few pieces the buildup of too much oily skin was feeling a bad feeling in my stomach. The gochujang sauce wasn't as spicy as I would like it.
I loved the ladies who work there - they are so nice, great service.
I was looking for a favorite, this isn't it, but I may come back again to give the place another try as I am hoping the chicken we ate was a one-off not great batch and maybe the one with bones will be meatier.
