We went to Peking Garden for dim sum brunch.  During the morning period (i.e., before 11am), the dim sum price is standardized to HK$22 each (except some steamed dishes, such as 蝦餃 & 腸粉).  Chinese tea is charged at HK$12 per person.  The decoration and style of the dinning room is elegant and modern.  Table setting, tableware, and tea pots are all beautiful and grand.  We ordered 11 dim sum and I personally enjoy all of them.  The 潮州水晶包, 叉燒腸粉, 芋絲春捲 are the most impressive items to me.  The seati

The seating are comfortable.  Table cloth is clean and tidy.  No broken tableware.  Except the receptionist, all staffs are well-trained and polite.  
If time permit, I wish I can have another dim sum brunch again on my last day in Hong Kong.
