Saw pictures of bread from LY bakery and wanted to try it! Got the matcha French toast and the matcha cream bread.The matcha cream bread had a small pipette with some matcha mixture in it which I squeezed all over the bread before consuming it. The bread had a really strong matcha flavor and the cream had a mixture of milk and matcha flavor. There wasn’t as much cream as I expected though... The breads were pretty good, and I would love to come back and try their bagels!
The matcha French toast was so thick and moist. The outside was crunchy and coated with sugar while the inside was soft.
