Not really a health option but I really like the Shake Shake Fries, it tastes yummy, I also enjoy the 'shake shake' part too! I am a regular to this McDonald's as it is just downstair from my flat. It is convenient to grab a quick bite every now and then. I had the chicken nuggets meal and it was no queue, in and out of the place within couple of minutes It was still warm when I got back to the flat to start my 'shake shake' dinner. I wouldn't recommend to have it every night but it's nice to see that even fast food can make you feel so satisfied.
