Thomas Lui is said to be one of the most award winning Pastry Chef and Chocolatier in town. To the extent that a TBV Soap Opera 情迷黑森林 was consulted by him after his success! Is he any good in real life? I think he is, yes. His dessert creations are one of the best in town in terms of appearance definitely.. Unfortunately, and call me being biased, I found his cake creations to be borderline acceptable in terms of execution, no matter how great they do look in the display fridge.******
