Arrived even before they opened!I forgot to ask what the percentage means.appetizer buffet, good healthy choices! Already know I will come back.soup is part of the buffet too, soup is cooked til theres only shavings of corn left.smoked salmon, tuna & pepper salads, garlic cucumbers, beetroot! lots of beetroots.one of the main course: salmon. a bit overly cooked in my opnion, but i love salmon so i can't complain.the ribeye, with a blob of mashed.i would say their steak is somewhat disappointing.

i would say their steak is somewhat disappointing. It tasted more than sirloin rather than ribeye. And its thin like ch chan tang style, not outstanding at all.The coffee was good though, that was a surprise. It was strong awakening aroma, but a rather small cup like the size of an espresso shot.
i would definitely come back!
