I like 紅豆沙more than 綠豆沙, provided that they are all well made. In 大良八記, I prefer 綠豆沙much much more than 紅豆沙, exactly because the way that cook it. I tried several kinds of desert here and I realized that I started to go back to order 綠豆沙whenever I come. The kind of suger and other additional herbs made the difference: orange peel, 海帶, 臭草etc. Especially 臭草in 綠豆沙, at the beginning I felt that this plant has a v. particular smell, and I cannot say that it smells good; however, after it's added to 綠

I don't like the 紅豆沙here, mainly because the sugar they used. I voted a "Yes!" for this restaurant because 綠豆沙. Not to the extend that the dish is exceptionally good, they just cook it right!
