Beef slices, Spicy Duck Blood, Taro Stuffed Meat Ball, Taiwan Vermicelli, Baby Chinese Cabbage, Fried Bean Curd Stick, Narutomaki, Shiitake Mushroom, Enoki, Egg Dumpling, Cheese Fish Tofu, Honeycomb Tofu
Lots of ingredients in the hotpot and they are delicious! The beef slices are so thin and the flavour is so good! The soup base matched with the beef slices perfectly as well. The egg dumpling was perfect as well i loved it. The rest of the ingredients were also delicious but there are way too much to write about.

Lamb Slices, Cordyceps Militaris, Chinese Yam, Pork Ball Beef Ball, White Gourd Baby Chinese Cabbage, Fried Bean Curd Stick, Narutomaki, Shiitake Mushroom, Enoki, Egg Dumpling, Chinese Fish Tofu, Honeycomb Tofu
Nice soup base with strong herb flavored. The lamb was well-balanced. This soup was less oily compare to the previous one but also fabulous. The honeycomb tofu is so nice and it’s one of the best in the pot.
We also added on two sides - Taiwan Spicy Duck Blood and Taiwanese Salt Crispy Chicken.
