We made a reservation at 7pm. We show up on time. The restaurant is busy. Paul, the manager, is at the front desk. We patiently wait to get his attention to be seated. 5 mins later, we asked, "Can we be seated? We have a reservation.". Paul says, "Wait!". So we waited another 10mins only to be told that they don't have a table. What is worse is how Paul spoke.
