Horrible service, appalling attitudes

The staff dropped the corona punch when she served it to the table, and poured it all over me from head to toe. She didn’t do anything, not planning to help at least wipe the table or offer a replacement. It was real lucky as the bottle didnt break (and we have a baby at the table). I cleaned myself up and asked for a replacement, an indian looking staff came back with that exact same glass which the beer bottle is totally empty (well ofc it’s empty as it was the exact bottle which was served be

She didn’t do anything, not planning to help at least wipe the table or offer a replacement. It was real lucky as the bottle didnt break (and we have a baby at the table). I cleaned myself up and asked for a replacement, an indian looking staff came back with that exact same glass which the beer bottle is totally empty (well ofc it’s empty as it was the exact bottle which was served before), so we ask why they served the same glass, he replied that the beer has all gone into the glass already - if u’ve ever tried corona at zak u should know he lied. He denied that and reluctantly give us another new glass, and warned us not to drop it again or they would not offer another glass. What?? They were the one who dropped it when serving it to the table and got me all wet. He said there is no way they would drop it. Seriously, never again to zak, to save myself from unpleasant dining experience again.
