Horrible service and serious hygiene issues

My family and I decided to try this place on a off peak hour during weekdays as we had been to the same place before in Japan. Can’t believe the horrendous service this place has in hk compared to their branches in Japan. The waiter made us wait for so long when there were plenty of seats inside. Literally there were 10 vacant seats and they only seated one table every 20 mins! I believe this was done intentionally to make it look like there are always people waiting outside. Literally there were 10 vacant seats and they only seated one table every 20 mins! I believe this was done intentionally to make it look like there are always people waiting outside. Not to mention the hygiene was disgusting as we saw the chef sneezing and coughing on the ingredients while preparing the sushi. Absolutely not acceptable and would not recommend this branch in HK!
