The service of this restaurant via delivery app is horrendous. If your place an order via the two platforms during rush hours, the restaurant often didn’t react or do anything about the order; only until the delivery time is up, you’ll get to know that the restaurant is not accepting the order yet. I don’t know how difficult it is to just decline the order and then the customer know immediately and can place an order from another restaurant? But they just don’t care to do it at all. Plus th

Plus they never take phone calls, they usually pick up and hang up. how rude! This is a very weird culture of this restaurant, totally different from other franchisees. Suggest the group to look into the service of this restaurant.
