#一平安麵屋 😋😋😋😋😋it is the oldest ramen shop in hk, the chef is japanese came hk for over 60 years creating this shop at at hidden place shopping mall in hk tst. the place is in basement b2, really hard to find. but it create a special spot like finding gems in the city game. the place is old but clean. the chef will speak japanese with the staffthe ramen style is kuma style from 九洲。 very good tontsuki broth and creamy and full of pork taste. i can say it had almost 80% of quality of Fukuoka shop. ve

the ramen style is kuma style from 九洲。 very good tontsuki broth and creamy and full of pork taste. i can say it had almost 80% of quality of Fukuoka shop. very good quality and price.
