Haven't had a good piece of steak in a long time so you can imagine my excitement when I finally got to try this place with family. I got a steak while the others got pork. The portion was not super impressive but on hindsight, it was just enough. The meat was very tender as I asked for medium-rare. The juices were locked inside the meat and it was not chewy at all. I got a steak while the others got pork. The portion was not super impressive but on hindsight, it was just enough. The meat was very tender as I asked for medium-rare. The juices were locked inside the meat and it was not chewy at all. The rich flavour of meat and the slight char on the outside brings a lightly smoked taste that spreads on your tongue. They give you some sprinkles of salt to dip the meat in which elevates the sweetness of the beef. They also give you half of an entire piece of roasted garlic and it tastes amazing when you combine the meat and the sweet garlic cloves. 🥩
The pork was surprisingly tender. As someone who usually dislikes eating pork, the texture of the meat was very soft and melts easily in your mouth. There was a perfectly right amount of fat and the flavour was a little more subtle than the beef. The portion was much larger than the beefsteak though.
They also serve you unlimited fries, which is always a bonus. Great experience dining here! 💕
