🥩🥓Meats - meat vs fat ratio is on point for short ribs. Pork rolls were v delicious and delicate, cooks within a minute.
⚪️Cheese filled Cuttlefish balls - great mix of texture, bite into the cuttlefish bits & gooey cheese. So good ✅
🐚Scottish razor clams - pretty fresh, tender but firm texture, and have a sweet clam flavour. Holds the soup flavour quite well.
