Unstoppable Taipei’s Kiki noodles craze, backed by Taiwanese actress Shu Qi, was landed in IFC. It definitely satisfies my instant noodle craving in a healthy way. ~~Abalone and fish maw soup noodles ($138) – signaturecreated by the chef Albert Au Kwok who works with #Michelin🌟 resto Island Tang and The Eight. The picture speaks for itself, the abalones are so big, the fish maw soup is extremely fragrant and rich. I must say the noodles are also incredibly smooth and springy – imagine Shanghaine

Crab egg Gravy mixed noodles ($138) - Seasonal
So thrilled about the bowl of crab roe. The crab roe is intense in flavour, so it pairs best with the lighter tasting Kiki noodles, they are meant to be together, super coherent!
I am not sure when it will be off the menu, seize the chance, go go go!
