Having a nice brunch in Mongkok was never challenge. Last day we found a decent restaurant bistro called Lab Eat. They served some interesting brunch. We decided to give it a go. We order two different meals and was excited for what we order. First come was called steak & egg. The steak was sirloin steak, had to said the meat cut was very thick. We was worry that the steak will be too dry. But when we cut it into half it was in medium rare. It was out of expect tender and juicy. The steak season

We was worry that the steak will be too dry. But when we cut it into half it was in medium rare. It was out of expect tender and juicy. The steak seasoning was not too over, as they had provided a bit of salt on the side of steak. What I recommend was try the steak without dipping the salt first, then the other half you could dip with salt. The flavor will be different.
Double Cheese Burger will always be my first choice. When we talk about double cheese burger, first was the bread. The bread was very soft and it had slightly grilled with butter on the bottom. As you see the burger layer was very temping, the cheddar cheese was adding to the beef patty a slight of saltiness. The beef patty was in between medium rare and medium, hence the patty itself will be juicy. The pickle was one of the best in town also, the sour help to stimulate your taste bud. Overall, it was great to order, a must try in Lab Eat.
For drink we order Grapefruit Soda and Rose Latte. The rose latte was good, it was not bitter. You can actually taste the rose in the drink, I think they had smash a little rose inside the latte and use the heat to enhance the rose flavor.
