the first time coming here. a bit surprised that it's so fully booked on a sunday night.we ordered the most famous dishes, pork knuckle came in less than 5mins after our order. precooked? it cooled down very fast.crispy skin, not fatty, a good balance of meat and fat.yet, it's so salty. i loved the side dish, baked potatoes, more. sausage sampler the various sausages were tasty, again i loved the sour potatoes.this dish is very okay. farm roll the best of the night! crispy (but not hard) sk

farm roll
the best of the night! crispy (but not hard) skin with soft and warm center, and we loved the cheese butter with herbs. we ordered twice!
seafood angel hair in tomato sauce
we wanted sth hot, so we ordered this. a bad try. our fault of ordering pasta in a german restaurant... the seafood didn't have any relationship with the sauce/pasta, and the tomato sauce tasted so sour and salty... the worse of the night.
i still felt thirsty now more than 4 hrs after the dinner... too much salt? too much msg?
struggling a bit between "ok face" and "crying face". some of the dishes like the farm roll and the sausage sampler were okay, but since the definition of the "crying face" is "差，一次就夠" which is exactly what i am think now, i'll opt for this one.
