“Hao Bao”, literally means a good bun or sandwich. Set at the corner of Sai Ching Street in Yuen Long, it is a takeout sandwich shop famous for their boneless chicken wings. Their wings are deboned nicely into wingettes and marinated in 3 flavors including garlic & spice, honey and pesto. The honey boneless chicken wing is my favourite, which is grilled nicely upon order and put in three inside the homemade ciabatta. The wingettes are definitely tender and juicy, while sandwiched with fresh lett

Another choice is a rice set topped with garlic and spice chicken wings and some chopped pickled Chinese long beans. The chicken is so well-marinated with a strong garlic flavor whereas the pickled beans is a bit too spicy for me.
