passed by and have wanted to try this well-known cart noodlery for a while, so i went in.ordered a bowl of thick noodles (fettuccine shaped lye water noodles) with beef tendon and shitake mushrooms.the portion was meager. noodles is about 1 1/2 cups (less than a standard 80g package), with 4 pieces of halved mushrooms, which means 2 mushrooms in actual fact, and 3 pieces of beef tendons. never mind the size, the noodles was only $17, so i shouldn't expect anything. what happens next DOES bother

After 2 bites of the mushrooms, I looked at the noodles and there were fine pieces of very short curly black hair in it. I am not joking. I used my chopsticks and maneuvered the noodles to find even more hair in another beef tendon. Needless to say I threw the whole thing away immediately.
I am still very curious about what that was. You be the judge - look at the picture.
For the sake of your health, I certainly warn you to STAY AWAY.
