Das Bier was my first try of Germany cuisines. Locating a bit far away from the MTR station, it may take you a few steps to reach there.👣 The layout and decoration there was simple, yet rigorous, resembling the renowned perfectionism of the Germanic.Nicely barbecuted ribs. Meat around the ribs are moist and tender. Sauce on the top are gorgeous. It usually served with generous portion of fried chips that is golden brown and crispy.Ya know beer is the soulmate of meat and chips, huh?😏
