Craving for this popular Shanxi Ramen. And this restaurant is one of my favorite lunch places in Tsuen Wan. Their signature noodles are hand sliced thick noodles, and they also have ramen to choose from too. I personally like thin noodles so I always go for the ramen instead.You can choose the ingredients that you want. They have a lot of selections to choose from such as beef brisket, beef stomach, pork intestines, dumplings and etc.You can also choose noodles with soup or dry mix noodles.F

Few weeks ago, I saw the shop was promotions their special new pan fried Siu Long Bao, I tried it and it’s not bad. Would’ve been better if there’s more soup inside the Siu Long Bao.
Overall, I’ll rate the restaurant 5/5 definitely a must try for all middles fans!!
