I rarely leave reviews but with what I was experienced and seeing what others have experienced I felt like I need to leave a review.First the reception was very slow to process arriving parties, second servers are not friendly and helpful. I had a booking and was seated right by the stairs with chefs and people coming in and out (which they could have called and let me know beforehand) and when asked for potential change for another table was first rejected coldly by a server and then a manager
First the reception was very slow to process arriving parties, second servers are not friendly and helpful. I had a booking and was seated right by the stairs with chefs and people coming in and out (which they could have called and let me know beforehand) and when asked for potential change for another table was first rejected coldly by a server and then a manager which was borderline rude. I remembered the food was good at MEATS, but with all the other chocies I don't think one would want to pay and get this level of service.
