We went on a Friday night under a Restaurant Week booking. Service was great except for rather sticky tables.Dinner menu was $298 per person (4-course) starting with delicious starters (grilled Caesar, beef carpaccio, fish tacos) followed by a roast pork belly to share. Each person chooses a main, choices available include (1) oven baked cauliflower (2) 400g steak flank (3) salmon fillet with white wine sauce (4) rotisserie chicken. Each person chooses a main, choices available include (1) oven baked cauliflower (2) 400g steak flank (3) salmon fillet with white wine sauce (4) rotisserie chicken.
Salmon was cooked perfectly and came with a delicious sauce. Chicken had crispy skin but meat was a bit disappointing - very dry and tough! All mains came with a side of fries and broccolini, all cooked really well with delicious sauces.
We had great seats by the open kitchen, hats off to the staff who kept their masks on all the time despite the heat.
Ended off with a dessert to share which was grilled pineapple with sorbet. Interesting flavours and combinations.
Overall a great experience, good vibes for a Friday date night. Only put off was really sticky tables!
