Back at it again with the pho journeys. Getting right to it - pho broth is good - there is a distinct beefiness to the broth. I feel this is a qualifying factor that differentiates between good and fail (Bêp) phos. Decor is decent and turquoise-themed, with very spacious seating. Another aspect that stood out was the food presentation, which is actually in line with tastiness. Also ordered a chicken wing with shrimp biscuit side snack. I feel this is a qualifying factor that differentiates between good and fail (Bêp) phos. Decor is decent and turquoise-themed, with very spacious seating. Another aspect that stood out was the food presentation, which is actually in line with tastiness. Also ordered a chicken wing with shrimp biscuit side snack. Rather than simply delivering the biscuit, chefs sprinkled viet-style salad on it so it kind of looked like them banquet snacks - was pleasantly surprised. Nice food, comfortable place, would definitely come again to try the other dishes!
