Was wandering around Ocean Terminal and suddenyl felt a craving for some comfort food so headed straight towards Pizza Express. View from this restaurant is amazing as you oversee the harbour, although typically the view is blocked by some cruise ship.I ordered the thin crust Margherita pizza, which came piping hot. Crust was crunchy and was topped with the right amount of cheese (I hate it when pizzas either come with too much cheese or too little. Basil leaves were a great addition, adding that extra layer of flavor and the sauce was perfect, with a certain smoky, tangy flavor.
Spaghetti bolognese was great as well. Pasta was cooked al dente, and served in a generous portion. The meat sauce was not too oily, thick, meaty, and well seasoned.
Only letdown is the wait time due to the popularity of this place and that it's situated in one of the most popular malls in Hong Kong. Furthermore, it is a bit noisy as tables are packed into this restaurant. Will try to visit during off hours next time.
