We had been discussing and searching many places and an evening one of friend suggested that why don’t you try Wakas Mass in the Chung King Mansion, TST as it’s a lovely restaurant for the quality food and value for the money.
We considered giving it a try and after discussing all the details with the manager we selected it. Manager seemed to be educated and expert at his job. He ensured that our experience and party will go as planned.
On the evening of party we went earlier to check if we can have what we were really expecting. We reached the restaurant and found they had done Beautiful Decoration just according to the occasion.
Later Birthday Boy came, we all showed him the restaurant and he liked it. It was a relief!
They allowed us to create our own menu beforehand which was a customized service. We really appreciated their corporation and friendly suggestions.
We had been to many restaurants in Hong Kong but we never had such experience before where food was tasty and great value for the money. It was just the right choice.
We ordered in our menu: Seafood Alu, Chicken leg, Beef bhuna, Tandoori mix grill, green masal masala, Mix naan, and etc.
Our comments on food: Drinks were cold and made perfectly especially Mango Lassi. It never had drunk this yummy lassi anywhere in HK. Meat was tender, juicy, flavourful and fresh. Curries were well cooked, well blended and well tasted. Dessert was India freshly made Gulab jamun (milk ball) and my friends just loved it!
Our Comments on Service: Most of all their service was excellent, we had a feeling that we are at a High end restaurant the way they cared about each and every thing and the way they offered their service to each of the guest even though we were like 35 people. They managed everything very efficiently.
