We came to this restaurant for our company’s dinner gathering. It was organized by the HR dept. and they chose this place. The décor was nice and the seats were comfortable, overall the environment gave a high-end impression. This restaurant usually serves hotpot which is extremely popular in HK. This restaurant usually serves hotpot which is extremely popular in HK. But we had something different that night. It was sort of like an Omakase Chinese meal created by the chef. We were excited to see what kind of dishes the chef has in line for us.
The menu they served was great. We started off with a few appetizers and they were all nice. I enjoyed the chilled abalone, the texture was very good, not too chewy and the flavour was cooked through to the inside.
There were other dishes like a soup, I don’t remember what ingredient it was made with but the soup was rich in flavour. Also the steamed crab was another highlight, it was very fresh.
Hopefully we can come back soon for another great meal.
