beef chuck flap & fillet setthis beef katsu was crispy and I like how the beef isn't overcooked. the fillet was tender and flavourful but the chuck flap was a bit tough in places. there is a great variety of sauces but my personal fav is simply the classic wasabi soy sauce. the onsen egg is a good addition as usual!rice, cabbage and miso soup are refillable too!taste: 7/10value: 6/10💸 $198hkd (+$15hkd for onsen egg)
