There aren’t lots of very good Jap restaurants in Tai Wai but this tiny bistro is one of them.The sushi platter is of very good value. At just $198, you get 8 pieces of different sushi. The shrimp and eel sushi were my fav! Very fresh and delicious.The sashimi is very good as well. The scallops and salmon are extremely fresh and not fishy at all.As for the hot dishes, I really like the angus beef udon. The udon has a very nice texture and the angus beef is amazing!!

As for the hot dishes, I really like the angus beef udon. The udon has a very nice texture and the angus beef is amazing!!
